The H&R lowers are nice, but you’re paying a premium for a roll mark. They are also made to fit nicely with H&R uppers and as a result they occasionally don’t have great fit with other uppers, they tend to be tight in my experience, which usually works out nicely but occasionally results in a combo that can’t be separated without a punch.
The lowers are all low Shelf Lowers, and made by PSA in house by their sister companies under the JJE Capital brand. Most of the artwork that is on these lowers is provided by another Arfcom forum member @BrickWurX, so be sure to give him some thanks and love for his hard work on these too.

PSA, all day, every day, and twice on Sunday. I used 8 or 9 Anderson lowers over the years (2 different 3 packs, and 2 or 3 singles). Never had a single one that was in spec.
SOLGW lowers are nicer in appearance, but I have had to open up the hammer and trigger pin holes on most to accept Geissele triggers. The Geissele lowers are more mil-spec.

3dp lowers? Very much been done before, OP sounds like you know about them 3dp uppers for more than rimfire? Been done before; Hoffman's Orca, FOSSCAD's 'Animal Farm' for .308, and some AWCY? projects come to mind as prominent examples... Hybrid 3dp uppers?
Some lowers sell for $99 and they sell 10k of them, Anderson's sell for $40 and they probably sell 3x others. FWIW, I just replaced the FCG on one with a RRA NM 2 stage.
