Currently, it looks great with a two-column view on the desktop browser, but has not been optimised for mobile viewing. On the mobile, it is just a long, single column scroll with very elongated sections.
I then created a prez and sent it to another machine, and the bullets appeared as expected – viewing and editing. I also sent the file without slides created, where the picture bullet was in the master only, and it performed as expected on a machine that did not have the original graphic – viewing and editing both worked.
Why the heck would you guys do this and make the viewing area so small with the darn message header taking up a third of the space? There is no reason to have the name and subject area take up so much space. Messages with attachments are even more ludicrous. Please resolve this!

Yes, the prestige of U Chicago will matter for law school admissions and even during your career as a lawyer. Given your situation, however, you should probably lean toward your state school option unless there is a 3rd choice not being mentioned in the post.
I don’t think you need to break the prestige mindset- as long as you aren’t defining prestige by “appears in the top ten of a magazine which publishes these listings to sell more magazines”. Identify what YOU are looking for in a college. Want a rigorous program in mechanical engineering? Yes, MIT and Cal Tech are prestigious.
I agree with @nichaeluwill. Also I don’t think prestige is necessarily the best criterion for anything. Are you doing a summer program in order to enhance chances for admission to college? I don’t think you need to. And if genuine interest is your reason for going, that’s great, but “fit” is most important, not prestige.
