Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.
You might use a computer startup script to fix file system permissions. The script would have to enumerate all profiles (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList) to get the local profile paths and set permissions.
