EQ3/6 datasets are quite similar to GWB datasets, which is why we're able to import their datasets to our format and export ours to their format. There are a number of challenges to seamlessly exporting GWB datasets in PHREEQC format, which is why we don't currently do it. Currently, you can only import PHREEQC datasets to GWB format.
Charge balance is an essential QC/QA test for water analyses. More important is GWB uses automatic charge balancing by default. The charge balance equation is ( (cations-anions)/ (cations+anions))*100 last time I checked. Can you fix it? Does this effect the amount of anion used to charge balance automatically?
