The Visitor Center is located in the Plaza Tower in the heart of Downtown Tyler. The space includes an information center, retail shop featuring branded Tyler items and Made-in-Tyler products, podcast studio, and artwork from local artists. Street parking is available; metered parking is free on the weekend and after 5pm on weekdays. The Visitor Center is open Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm.
