I have already switched my family to another carrier (6 lines) because they have towers in the area. I have submitted over 100 "Mark the Spots" cases with AT&T and it hasn't improved at all. Keep in mind, this is a pretty heavily populated area with hundreds of thousands of people either living or travelling through this area EVERY DAY.
