John Barrett " Jay " McInerney Jr. (/ ˈmækɪnɜːrni /; born ) is an American novelist, screenwriter, editor, and columnist. [1] His novels include Bright Lights, Big City, Ransom, Story of My Life, Brightness Falls, and The Last of the Savages.
