New Recycling Technology Will Soon Be Used By Karen Salvage

Reps. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) and Gary Palmer (R-Alabama), the vice chair and chair, respectively, of the House Environment Subcommittee, recently introduced the Recycling Technology Innovation Act.

Volunteers mainly help with recycling center operations. They help our recyclers unload their cars and find the right spots to put everything. They bale materials, sort out what doesn’t belong, keep the place clean. Volunteers are also needed for some administrative tasks and for our education program.

Our Mission To increase recycling awareness, education and participation in the Wichita area by: Operating and expanding PRo Kansas as a free resource for the community. Educating the public through tours, activities, presentations, school programs, mailings, PR campaigns and other outreach efforts.

Check to see if confidential information is in your papers, medicine containers, cell phones, etc. We reserve the right to give away or sell for re-use anything brought to the center. Thanks for offering free recycling with kind service in an area that doesn't seem to offer any free/convenient resources to do so (as an apartment dweller). May the recycling initiative continue to grow and expand across the Midwest, to include all of the globe!!
