New does not guarantee heap allocation and simply avoiding new does not guarantee stack allocation. New is always used to allocate dynamic memory, which then has to be freed. By doing the first option, that memory will be automagically freed when scope is lost.
Micro Suction Cup tape??? Just did a google search and it popped up. I wouldn't drive 75 with it there...but has potential.
I need to press it flat with a heavy steel plate we have in the shop or it won't even get any table suction. Unfortunately this is what we use to print double sided construction signs with.
Sounds like low vacuum and ink is pooling on the heads. Print a board, then use the suction tool (if manual) or do auto maintenance on white. If the issue goes away. vacuum issue. if it doesn't go away - you'd have to do more investigating. There is no chance it's an ink starvation issue as it has large ink reservoirs. Thanks Pauly.
I'd start there just to make sure you're getting the best suction possible. If that fixes most of it but there are still some missing nozzles, remember there is a nozzle replacement function that allows you to replace that nozzle with one behind it.
They deliver head assemblly on high settings and in 99% its not centred right, so you can get good suction and probably your dumpers don't have enough ink. Do you have these problems after cleaning cycle? With Chinese 3.2m solvent on morning start I have always go to settings and put some pressure on dumpers.
