The antenna is part of the trucks harness but the Sirius unplugs separates from the back of the info center with access from the glove box. Replaced with a two piece kit from Amazon $30.

Sirius has sent refresh signals to the car. My Sirius App on my phone works fine and shows an active subscription. Sirius referred me back to the dealership for a mechanical issue. As a woman, getting the service techs to understand the issue without actually making them sit in the car and going through the issue is impossible.
Some thoughts. If you decide to use a smartphone, you’re completely missing the only compelling feature of SiriusXM, which is the satellite feed.
