Stargazing was amazing, you could see the faintest stars. I would live in a place like Nancy's neighborhood - with full security cameras and alarm system. You can still have outdoor lighting, it is just limited so you don't illuminate the neighborhood, people go crazy these days with bright lights. The lights have to be pointed at the ground.
I hope you're right, I just don't see how that's possible though, AI can perform work at essentially zero cost that currently millions of workers are doing.

Unfortunately for most people that is the mindset that putting a limit on the amount they can have gives them.
